The company “ANTONIOS ISMAILOS REPRESENTATIONS IMPORTS CAR TRADING S.A.”, operating under the trade name “A. ISMAILOS S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “Data Controller”, “A. II. Data Retention Period

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless otherwise required by law.

Once the retention period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or securely destroyed, based on defined procedures and standards, under the responsibility of the Data Controller.

Your contact details may be retained for newsletter purposes until you object to receiving such communications.

Additionally, we may share data collected via this website with:

  • Object at any time to the processing of your data, particularly for direct marketing or profiling purposes, including any automated decision-making (Right to object and not to be subject to automated decision-making)
  • Request data portability, i.e., receive your data in a machine-readable format or have it transferred to another controller, where technically feasible (Right to data portability)
  • Withdraw your consent, where processing is based on your consent

You can submit your request by email to the Company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).

We will respond to your request within one (1) month. In rare cases where we are unable to meet your request, we will inform you promptly and explain the reason.

If you believe your data protection rights are being violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
