Innovative Battery System
The innovative battery system of the Mercedes-Benz CLA Electric features a highly integrated modular architecture, consisting of four large hard-case cells in a compact and flat design. Both the CLA 250+ and CLA 350 4MATIC are equipped with advanced lithium-ion batteries, offering a usable energy capacity of 85 kWh, ensuring strong performance and extended driving range. Additionally, Mercedes-Benz guarantees that the maximum capacity of the high-voltage battery will not fall below 70% for up to eight years or 160,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), reinforcing long-term reliability and customer confidence.
